YOU AND HARRISON & EVELYN BOSTON EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. The arbitrator may award relief only on an individual basis.

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to the contact details below within 30 days of first accepting these Terms of Service. If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, and both parties consent to personal jurisdiction there.
